This is a comprehensive, done for you service where we handle everything from concept development and material selections to furniture, styling, and final details. It’s ideal for homeowners who want a high-end, cohesive look without managing the process themselves.

What’s included in full service design?

Every project is tailored, but typically includes:

  • Design concept development (mood boards, spatial planning, material palettes)

  • Material and finish selections (flooring, cabinetry, paint, tiles, etc)

  • Furniture, lighting and decor curation

  • Custom cabinetry and joinery design (where applicable)

  • Detailed documentation for builders and trades

  • Procurement and installation oversight (if applicable)

How involved do I need to be?

We tailor our approach to your preferences. Some clients love being involved in every decision, while others prefer a more hands-off experience. Either way, we guide you through the process to ensure the final result aligns with your vision.

How long will my project take to complete?

Every project is different and there is no standard timeline for each project. Dependent on your scope of work, will determine your project timeline.

Do I need to tackle my home all at once, or can we phase it out?

There are definitely advantages to renovating or redecorating a whole house at the same time, but it’s certainly not necessary.

We work on projects of all sizes and have lots of ongoing relationships with clients who work through their homes in phases as budget allows.

Can you work with my builder or architect?

Yes! We collaborate closely with builders, architects, and trades to ensure that the design is both beautiful and practical.

What is your signature style?

Aime Van Dyck Interiors don’t have a set signature style but rather work to create an interior that is unique for each client. We take into consideration your taste, lifestyle and vision for the way you want to live. We strive to extract the elements of your ideal aesthetic and stretch your vision beyond the limits of your imagination to design a home you’ll love.

Do you manage the project or just provide the design?

We focus on the design and selections, providing detailed plans and recommendations. While we don’t manage trades or construction, we ensure your design is clearly documented so your builder or contractor can execute it smoothly.

How do you price your projects?

Our fee process is extremely transparent and varies per project.

We offer a fixed fee structure for design, which we outline after the in-home consultation. Our calculations are based on sq. metres and level of detail & complexity of the design.

Do I need to prepare anything before the consultation?

Yes! To get the most value, we recommend:

  • Sending any plans, inspiration images, or selections you’ve already made

  • Completing the pre-consultation questionnaire (sent after booking)

  • Having a clear idea of what you need help with

How is this different from hiring an interior designer for the full project?

This service is a one time consultation focused on helping you make quick, informed decisions without committing to full service interior design. It’s perfect for homeowners who need clarity but still want to manage their own renovation.

What if I need more help after the consultation?

You’ll receive a detailed summary report with clear next steps, but if you need ongoing guidance, we offer additional support at an hourly rate.

Can you recommend suppliers or trades?

We can provide general recommendations based on what fits your project, but we do not coordinate trades or purchasing as part of this service.
