How often will you be on site?

I will be on-site during your initial consult meeting, as well as in person for supplier visits during concept development and design documentation. After all planning is complete and construction phase begins, I will only be on-site when required for trades, check-ins and ensure design is being completed to plan. I will return back on site at final stages for overview and styling/photography and I am available to be on-site whenever you would like, but you will be billed as per Fee Proposal for all site visits and meetings.

How long will my project take to complete?

Every project is different and there is no standard timeline for each project. Dependent on your scope of work, will determine your project timeline. I will confirm your specific project timeline once concept is finalised.

What is your signature style?

Aime Van Dyck Interiors don’t have a set signature style but rather work to create an interior that is unique for each client. I take into consideration your taste, lifestyle and vision for the way you want to live. I strive to extract the elements of your ideal aesthetic and stretch your vision beyond the limits of your imagination to design a home you’ll love.

Do you manage my trades?

My design fees do not include project management costs. I am available to liaise with trades and make site visits to monitor design intent, progress and to address issues as they arise. Meetings with you, as required, to achieve above goals are also recommended - your communication with me is vital so that we can relay questions and concerns to the appropriate parties.

How many options will I get to choose from?

I produce 2 initial concepts for your project with 1 revision included in the design fee. All other revisions will be charged at an hourly rate.
